Can somebody help? I try to load up TSW and all I get is a screen telling me to Create and Identity. I put my name in and it tells me there’s and Identity Error? I’ve never had this before, and I can’t skip the page! Jack
I fixed it! Disconnect you console/PC from your WiFi network and it bypasses the DTL stuff. Then Once on the main menu, reconnect to your WiFi
I am having the same issue when connected to wifi and I followed your advice jackmc2007 and it worked like a charm so thank you very much. I have raised a ticket with Dovetail Customer Support to explain the issue along with a link to this page showing how you were able to bypass the problem
