Xbox Original Train Sim World Dlcs Not Transferring Over To Tsw2

Evening, I have an issue here with that I have the first version of TSW on xbox with GWE, Rapid transit and the American route yet on TSW2, I only have GWE out of those three. I also have Train sim world 2020 if that makes any difference.

Is your tsw 2020 on disc? If so you are asked to contact support.
If digital, look for rapid transit in the store ( the one with the red circle) is the one you need, it should recognise you own it, NEC doesn't transfer over.

 

I do have it on disc so I've contacted support like you've said

 

Yeah disc users were asked to contact support, you should get a code when they reply to put into the store
