Download the software from the Raildriver website and follow the installation instructions from that software. Remember to follow the calibration procedure.
I highly recommend you ignore this instruction and steer clear of the (practically useless) Raildriver software... I have been using Cobra One software for a number of years, more flexible and can be customized per locomotive.
