Signals Not Changing

Anyone knows why when I play freeroam on sherman hill the signals don't change at all they stay red for hours causing traffic of trains

 

It's normally due to a train not stopping correctly. The issue has been ongoing across multiple routes. It was thought to have been resolved, however still exits. I've encountered this multiple times since the initial fix.

 

Sherman Hill freeroam is only inside the yard. You aren't supposed to be going past the exit signal.
