PC Aachen - Koln - No Passengers At Aachen Hbf

Hi All,

At Aachen Hbf there are no passengers getting of or on any trains and there are no passengers on the platforms or anywhere in the station.
On other stations there are a lot of passengers.
Am I doing something wrong?
I am on Steam and have done a integrity check for the game files. All was good there.

 

There are no passengers on the S-bahn trains either along the line. You drive empty trains.
