Now it costs as much as TSW2 itself. All the other currency is right after the discount.
Most likely because there is a sale going on, much of the DLC is now 30-50% off, The new Harlem Line is not on sale, you pay full price which is currently $29.99 US if you didn't pre-order or whatever that converts to in your currency, and yes that is almost the price of the base game, that is how it is in the rest of the world and always have.
