Hi there! Is anybody else experiencing missing Luzern-Sursee in Xbox Cloud Gaming? I sold my XB1 VCR few months ago and play way too sporadically to justify buying a Series X, so at the moment I have been bridging a gap with XCloud. All previous add-ons I have purchased have been immediately available after launching the game on Cloud. Not Luzern though. Appreciate any directions where I should log this issue. Kayako?? Thanks
That would be an Xbox support issue. It needs to be installed on cloud hardware, which only Microsoft can do.
Cheers for that advice L89. I tried Microsoft Support but all I was able to get was their Community Support who were not able to resolve my problem. They suggested speaking to DTG as publisher. In any case I gave up, requested the refund and and got it immediately. It does not sound that many people are using Xbox Cloud exclusively and there are probably not many reports of issues specific to that platform to ensure adequate support of it. I will probably get back to the franchise once I will have sufficient time on my hands to justify a Series X in my house.
