on boston sprinter I finished both of the tiers succesfully so i should have the decals for liveries and the frigate [the ship] near boston. I saw that I got the decals but i couldn't find the frigate anywhere near boston south station.
When you first select the route from the main menu there should be an option to 'configure overlays'. If you select that option* and make sure that the frigate is set to appear then it should be there. (*I think it may be the X button)
