PC Schnellfahrstrecke Köln - Bad Texture On Db Br442 Talent 2

White spots on one side of Talent 2 - this is especially visible at dark places. Only on this one track: Köln - Aachen is this bad texture. Talent's 2 looks fine on other track. Can someone at DTG fix this, especially that this exist from the beginning, I think?

This is the passenger light that shines through the outer body since release. The same with the blue light on older Dostos and on TVL and NTP on the Class 101. It has neither received attention nor been fixed since the TSW 2 release. DTG just doesn't seem to care even though it's been fixed in newer DLC with this rolling stock.
