I had this on Luzern too, winter timetable run, max out the settings to create a blizzard, load in and the snow is all gone by the time I get out of the station.
I noticed something similar where I loaded in a full snow day just to see what it looked like… seemed like there was snow accumulation on the ground and trees but the tracks just had the regular grey ballast. Also trees don’t lose their leaves in winter they just turn white (fine for pine trees but regular trees lose leaves in fall).
