on this service you arrive at Paddington with the platform on your right. It asks you to open doors so you do that on the right where the platform is. Still tells you to unlock the doors. To pass this and get your xp you have to open the left side doors onto the track!!! Happened with this and another service about a week ago but I don’t recall the name of that. It’s when you arrive at platform 14
Happened to me with a different service at Paddington but the other way round. The platform was on the left and you had to open the doors on the right.
Same issue on PC... Right hand side doors (correct side for the platform) does not activate the deboarding…. You have to open the left (track-side) for it to unload passengers
