It'd be very convenient to have information on; the stations to be stopped, number of cars (e.g. 8 car or 6 car), and most especially if there will be traffic along the line. This should be displayed under each service during the picking phase. Its time consuming having to load a service just to find out whether or not you're running an 8 or 10 car train.
I do agree with this. I think what should be done is to add a briefing page where you get a detailed description of the service (the things you mentioned) before you enter the service. Now it may be difficult for routes with large numbers of services such as BML, but I'm sure it is possible.
