I went to start up a F40 for service 279F i switched it to on on the 3 switches like gen field etc and on on the brake cut in thing, then went to switch it to lead, I heard a the hiss of the breaks after I applied full application on the loco not service break and the sound cut out after about 2 seconds, I tried horn but couldn’t hear anything, I quit to main menu and the beeps of moving over different options had gone I restarted game to fix issue Xbox series x
Known bug, well documented. I believe it's supposed to be tackled in the upcoming preservation update for the route?
I had this issue a while back! For me though I had to restart the console as it had killed all sound, not just in game. Haven't touched the F40 PH since
