Screen Tearing All Of A Sudden?

Loaded up TS today and noticed as a scenario was loading that the screen started flickering as it was loading when the scenario started (WCMLoS) the screen was tearing? I have updated the drivers for my GPU and set V-Sync to fast in my Nvidia settings (which I hadn't changed) Problem still persists so is anyone else having display issues in TS?
My monitor is a G-Sync and the refresh rate set to 144Hz.

 

Did you try any other scenario after the screen tear or just that one?

 

I think I kyboshed it by messing with windows font sizes! All is well now.
