Was just doing a few timetables in order to try and unlock the mastery for the NTP hot air balloons and completed level 1 and 2, says I unlocked them but go configure overlays and the hot air balloons are not unlocked and I unlocked the Cathcart Circle mastery but not even completed that? Anyone offer any answers?
I usually need to restart the game after unlocking a mastery reward before it shows up in the overlay menu.
