Apologies for the late reply and judging of this weeks competition. It's a tough one this time (it usually is) as there's some amazing shots. Here's my choices for the winners: In 3rd place: paulc with his shot 66711 on an aggregate run during a heavy shower. Joint 2nd place: Craigie-C with the NSE class 411 and the P&T tamping machine DR73101 And finally, in 1st place and the person who gets the honours to judge the next unofficial screenshot contest is: cscarpenter with his very wet Alexandra dock yard and the class 37s (got to love a good class 37 image). Congratulations to the winners and thank you for entering this week. Also, it was a close run thing as this image of 2 freight locos on the WCML north by cscarpenter deserves a special mention as it was this or the actual winning image above. I now hand over the master key to cscarpenter and look forward to seeing what the subject will be this week.
Wow thanks Nick, much appreciated, been out with the family for the day and just got back to this nice surprise, cheers. I have set up the thread for next week with the theme "Bridges / Viaducts etc." https://forums.dovetailgames.com/threads/unofficial-screenshot-contest-2022-week-17.54383/ Good luck to all & more importantly don't forget to have fun.
