OK its no problem mate I just had to thank twice as your name looks like some of the staff members names but I eventually got it.

 

This person is clearly not from DTG, best to ignore him until these threads of his are dealt with.

 

My thoughts exactly too, I've got covid, and even I can tell it's a fake account, no mention of a staff member, plus if he/she is, why are they saying it at nearly 8pm on a Saturday night?!?!?!? Someone (real, pardon the pun) rectify.
Already reported it.
