I recently bought both SEHS and the class 465 to go with it, and have done a few services with both the class 375 and class 395, whereby I did not see any class 465s. Is this a bug that hasn't been fixed or is it intentional?
It should appear in them. Mine does. Don't expect to see hundreds of them but you will see the odd service . If you mean you've bought and you cannot select it to use I'm not too sure. Should have its own journey mode too

I'll send you some photos so you can see what you have to see. they are in Spanish but what it says is "working on the net". in that section ezta la 465. if it doesn't appear, go to the library, search if the DLC is downloaded. and if everything fails go to the playstation store and download again.
Try to uninstall both the route SEHS and the DLC of the 465 then reinstall first the route and then the 465. If it remains inexistant you’ll have to raise a ticket
Yes, this seems to be a known issue. https://forums.dovetailgames.com/threads/i-dont-meet-class-465.48927/ I hope that DTG change the random algorithm which decides whether a service is a class 375 or a class 465. It is a frustrating in fact if you bought the download and don't see them.
Thank you everyone for your suggestions. I knew it wasn't an issue regarding me not downloading it as I was doing scenarios and services with it just fine. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling both and that doesn't seem to have fixed the issue. I guess this is likely to be a case of waiting for a fix.
