Can Someone Check Scenario Planner For The Class 150

I randomly was making a scenario and all of a sudden I seen a “first ScotRail” livery the thing is I never made it and I don’t have creators club due to parental controls-yes I have strict parents-but has anyone else received this?

 

That is 100% a creators club livery.

 

Can 99% of time tell a custom livery from licensed as that yellow is a difficult shade to get accurate

 

Also you have Creators club since its implemented ingame

 

It isn’t in my livery list tho and it should be as you can edit them

 

Its not possible to edit a creators club livery only your own ones

 

FGW livery... GWE has version of liveries for 166 and 43 for FGW, but unused. Maybe it's same situation? I don't have WCL and this is the only thing I can think of.
