That country being Liechtenstein, which has 9.5km of railway, and three stations. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rail_transport_in_Liechtenstein It's part of a connecting line between Buchs (in Switzerland) and Feldkirch (in Austria), the traditional "Transalpin" route, today served by Railjets between Zurich and Vienna. There's potential for extension either side: From Buchs you can go south to Sargans, on the Zurich to Chur line - Sargans is a noose-shaped station which allows trains to travel in any of the three directions without reversing. North of Buchs the line continues to St. Margrethen, after which it heads west towards Rorshach and St. Gallen On the Austrian side the line heads south, and then east to Bludenz, St. Anton and further into Austria, while there is a small branch from Bludenz to Schruns. From Feldkirch you can also head north to Bregenz and Lindau (Germany), and there is another east-west connection betwee Bregenz and St. Margrethen. Services are: (Zurich -) Sargans - Feldkirch - Bludenz - St. Anton (- Innsbruck): Railjet or Eurocity (St. Gallen -) St. Margrethen - Buchs - Sargans ( - Chur): SBB 511 (or loco-hauled) and 523 Lindau - Bregenz - Feldkirch - Bludenz: OEBB 4024 or loco-hauled Lindau - Bregenz - St. Margrethen: OEBB 4024 (Zurich - ) St. Margrethen - Bregenz - Lindau (- Munich): SBB 610 or loco-hauled. The SBB 523 and OEBB 1116 can be adapted from existing DLC, as could an SBB 482 freight loco. There are layering options for Zentralschweiz, Munich - Augsburg and HRR depending on the rolling stock chosen. All of those branches might be beyond DTG's remit, but to do some of them would: * extend into a new territory * expand the Swiss mainline offering * produce a very scenic and varied addon (The 3 country corner route for TS classic covers much of this ground)
I was gonna rant about how this would be the worst idea and delay expansion of the sim with routes from different countries bla bla, but the OP was smarter than that : p
To be honest, Rivet Games will be able to give us the 9km of the Lichtenstein railways for the full price of 29.99€

That is a Talent 3 ÖBB 4758 to the right is ÖBB 4124 Talent 1. Way to tell ÖBB 4758 Talent 3 from the Talent 2 Red Nahverkehr Dresden and Schnellfahrstrecke Köln-Aachen Silver Paint Rapid Transit is the windscreen. A batch might be for S-Bahn Wien to replace 4020 1987. Instead of this a Desiro ML 4744/4746
I’m sure one of the easiest country’s for DTG to do is probably Sealand one sea fortress asset no track and then that’s ticked off
May I suggest the full railnetwork of the Vatican City. I mean really, the full 300 metres of it. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rail_transport_in_Vatican_City
At least they already have the SNCF copyrights and the line on the French Riviera would be great like between Cannes and Ventimiglia
Clarification - they have one license (that we know of) with SNCF to produce the line and train they have already made. This doesn't necessarily mean that they have a license to produce ANY line or train SNCF have IP for
