There is an issue with the saved games on Clinchfield DLC. If you do a scenario, save it and resume later there are couple of issues that arrise. First off the date time is set to today's date and time not the period the action is taking place in. Your Locomotive (F7) in my case's electrics and leavers are in an Off state eventho they appear ON. For example4 the gauge lights were left ON during the save and during the loading of that save however they were OFF as in not lit at all.
Gabe, this is a known issue not only with CRR but also with other dlcs. The game save in TSW2 has not worked properly since it was first released. Matt has committed to resolving this and he said he has assigned at least one of his engineers to the issues.
