No Sound When Looking Forward

I have a problem with the sounds in cab. If I look left, right or back there is sound, when I look forward the sound is very quiet. All my sound settings are at full. Any ideas to have normal sound when I look forward?

 

Route? Loco? Service/scenario? Be more specific please!

 

This can be a problem in TSW & TSC, I think the stereo effect is way over done at times!

 

It happens on most routes but definitely Horseshoe Curve, Sherman Hill and Clinch field. The sounds are normal everywhere but as soon as I look forward it goes silent

 

Maybe your speakers are not in phase with each other. Try reversing the connections to one speaker.

I’ve experienced the same thing on several locos, especially the 1938 stock - when you’re looking forward and sitting down, the train sound is barely audible. However, when you stand up in the cab, or even crouch in front of the driver seat, the sounds are loud and sound good.
