For RSN one of the challenges is to complete a service with a speed over 70 km/h but below 75 km/h. I completed that, but it is not registered for mastery. Completing the service is registered properly. (You may also note the driver's logbook registers Mph and not km/h which is weird of course.
I will have to have another look tonight. But the mastery screen in game only mentions MPH. Being a European route most players will have the game set to KPH. I drove the route at 70 KPH and nothing triggered. I will have to try again tonight at 120 KPH which I think is roughly 70 MPH
If range is 70-75mph than it means 112-120km/h. Just get this done, by doing Letmathe Litte run on DB155 with maximum 115km/h.
I've managed to do this now. If anyone from DTG is reading this, it would be helpful to have the KPH as well as the MPH mentioned in the mastery task description
Just had the same issue with a passenger run. Went up to about 115 km/h which meets both of the objectives but it failed to complete.
