It is showing MPH instead of KPH for the markets despite the setting being KPH for the current trains, any way to fix this?
It's the bubble marker on the tracks. Everything else is correct but that one is in miles instead of km/h.
Normally I do not use this bubble marker. The speed marker right above is enough for me. I tried it now on Hamburg Lübeck and indeed the bubble shows the speed in mph. All others are km/h. Don't know why. If this is on all lines it's another copy and paste bug.
I never use these, you can turn them off in the settings. I suggest to submit this in the technical reports section. You are the first one to notice apparently, so I think not many people are using this feature.
Another bug that has existed since TSW 2 release. DTG simply doesn't care about some bugs, even though they are minor, well known and have been reported countless times. For me personally, these bubbles in the middle of the track are only annoying and unnecessary because the upper right HUD shows exactly the same. Just turn it off with CTRL+2 and forget that the bubble exists.
