Hi I live in Australia so I just checked out Google Earth for the West Somerset Rail and was impressed by the accuracy of the layout. Only thing missing is Steam Locos as can be seen from the attached image. Allan
I live about 5 miles from Bishops Lydeard - and know all the stations well. I can confirm they are very accurate!
Myself and my partner have annual passes for the WSR, cost about £65 or there about. We live in Bristol but do 3x1 week visits a year. Despite only being the 2 of us the best place we've found to stay is the haven holiday park in Doniford. Costs about £350 for an 8 birth self catering caravan for a week during the off season if you use an offer from a national newspaper who's name I shall not mention.... Happy days....
