PlayStation Random Spad (spirit Of Steam)

Iam Currently Experiencing an issue on The Service ('Preston-London Euston 08:16 Service)On The Spirit Of Steam Route where when I reach Hartford even though theres a green signal up ahead The "Service Failure: Signal Passed At Danger" Message pops up as if I passed a red a signal, I have retried the service multiple times and The SPAD message even came up when my train was Not Moving In Hartford Station, One time when I tried to load back into the service after I saved the game my PS4 closed the game and said "en error occured in the following application, train Sim world 2" Every Time I have attempted this service the The Exact Same thing happened at Hartford

 

Yeah this issue is happening on a lot of different services
