2) This was well received so I thought it might have a chance... Class 67 DB Schenker (Class 67 EWS) + TEA (Oovee)
I like this mood very much, was my preferred 47 shot for last week's selection of mine, but didn't gain much attention. Same now so just leaving it here for your enjoyment.
A Santa Fe manifest train makes its way eastward upgrade over the Tehcahapi mountains, with the traditional "Golden" grass of California during the summertime. Route: Tehachapi Pass Locomotives: EMD SD45-2, EMD SD45-2B, EMD F45, EMD SD40-2
You do realise that you can't post screenshots with unofficial content? Both include Virtual Railroad's DB BR 218 VRot ExpertLine which is available on their website and not on steam. Therefore it doesn't qualify for this contest. Suprised that someone with 'well known member' sign on their profile would do such a rookie mistake.
An Amtrak Acela makes it's way to Washington Union Station as it crosses a bridge at sunset. Locomotive: [WB] Acela Express Route: Washington to Baltimore (Some of you may remember this )

The AP track enhancement pack is visible in shot. P.S. If you want to withdraw it from the comp, why not simply delete the post?
Mid-summer freight run on the Wutachtalbahn. Loco:- DB BR44 Route:- Wutachtalbahn:- Lauchringen – Immendingen
UP OCAAC(usually run with CP run-through power) ducks under the overpass just north of Dunsmuir on the Mount Shasta Line Route: Mount Shasta Line Loco: CP AC4400CW(Steam edition)
In your opinion. The track is barely visible but you deem it to be AP, could you please re-create my shot to prove that fact? It seemed to be fine on it's last outing. 8 likes & no complaints. Because I have chosen to leave it for folks to enjoy. As far as I am aware that is not against the rules. Sorry I hadn't realised you had been appointed the position of Forum Moderator, I thought that was DTG Jamie's role? May I also suggest if you have a problem with any contribution this thread is not the place to start a conversation. Your entry may be disqualified if it is deemed to not follow these rules. Please limit chat to only when absolutely necessary.
It's a fact. The DTG track (above) doesn't have the 3D sleeper and chair modelling of the AP track pack, which can be seen in your shot. The ballast texture and colour are also different, though less obvious when in shade. I was unable to replicate your lighting or sun position, but I don't have the AP weather pack installed.
Relaxing while driving an ALP-45 DP in North Jersey Coast Line. Maybe I'm carrying people to their vacation!
Scenario "A Midsummer Night’s Dream" on Tadami Line with fireflies in the air. Route: Tadami Line Loco/Train: Kiha40
You guys are arguing like school girls. Especially TrainsAreBest because the screenshot you posted has the same tracks as Cscarpenter's screenshot does. So therefore it is likely he did not used AP track.
You are arguing with Cscarpenter like he's the only one who broke the rules when in reality he likely didn't, what tops this cake is the fact that another person has posted screenshot where you can LITERALLY spot 1 - Armstrong Powerhouse's Class 158 Perkins Enhancement Pack 2 - RWenhancer + shader Not to mention that he posted 4 screenshots when the limit is only 2. And you are pretending that his screenshot doesn't break rules?? EDIT: There is another person that broke the rules and I called him out already.
Caught in the late evening summer sun, a pair of Class 76 locos head a coal train through a disused station platform on the Woodhead Line. (Woodhead in Blue Route).
37 425 "Concrete Bob" crossing the Somerleyton Swing Bridge on a perfectly clear summers day, with the Lowestoft - Norwich service on the Wherry Lines Route.
Yeah it's likely because of low settings. If you play GEML, you can notice missing wires near Stratford on low settings. But never on high settings.
It's a hazy, lazy, summer morning as an Ă–BB 1016 heads through the Salzach gorge on the Salzburg - Schwarzach-St. Veit route.
Please keep it nice, as said above please No Enhancers, Track Upgrades and Mods to the routes you have selected for the screenshot contest.
