Does anyone know what the 1GB update that's just downloaded on Stream is for? I guess it might be something to do with the Pringles Competiton?
It isn't adding 13GB, that is the size of the files being changed, maybe its a core update of some sort. Mine is a 300MB download.
This "Update/Download" is only 300mb, the other 13GB is only for File Verification. But nobody gets the Answer for the 300mb Download. I think it have to do with the Summer Sale and the Ingame Shop Notification for Sales.
Not sure if they were there before, but there now appears to be Pringles adverts and vending machines on the bakerloo
Since this update I'm now getting kicked out of the game when I enter service mode on Bakerloo and GWE,

Today update is nonsence I like Tsw2 i not need "pringless " I want only play- drive train on my " routes"
You probably have mods installed which don't like the new update. You can test by moving all your mods out of the DLC folder temporarily and retry the service mode/s to see if it still crashes
The '1972 stock cab door enabler' mod appears to be causing the crashing since todays update, remove that should resolve the issue.
I have this with BML since update and it does it mid free with files verified and route reinstalled so not so sure

I've looked at the changes in the game directories. In one of the root folders there appeared files of prototype2 routes Lübeck-Hamburg, Cologne-Aachen, Sand Patch Grade. My guess is that there will be a big update today.
Personally I only eat Kettle Salt and Vinegar crisps..! (Food snob alert ). But back OT sort of, they can put this crap in the game but can’t sort out a decent save game algorithm or fix the grungy loghting.
