What do I mean by "Flip your Train". If you have a Trainformation consisting of a Locomotive and a Capcar, in most cases you always drive the same Train in the same direction. In Dresden-Chemnitz, for example, you only use the DB BR143 in the Direction of Dresden and the Cap Car in the Direction of Chemnitz. What this Feature does is simble, when you select your Timetable, you also select "Flip your Train Mode" and your Train is the other way around than usual. So in the example above you take the BR143 to Chemnitz. This could lead to a little change on Routes that are already dusty for you. Before anyone writes, you can use the Scenario Planner.I think the Scenario Planner is very limited in terms of AI Services. Routes that will benefit from this Mode are: -Peninsula Corridor and MP36PH-3C(Baby Bullet) -Boston Sprinter -Rapid Transit(DB BR 182) -Ruhr Sieg Nord -Main Spessart Bahn* -Hauptstrecke Hamburg-Lübeck -Nahverkehr Dresden -Tharandter Rampe: Dresden-Chemnitz *(Any other German Route that gets Layers from Main-Spessart Bahn)
I like it. I hate it how selecting either the loco or the cabcar forces you to drive the route in a specific direction. And Scenario Planner is too time consuming to set up with some decent AI. This game still lacks a Quick Drive mode like good old TSC.
100% support. Cab car driving (IMHO) exceedingly boring especially for some of the 90 min all stations runs on Dresden to Chemnitz or SF Corridor. I want at least a little bit of traction noise on my journey.
I fully support this as I’m all the way with OldVern - cab car driving is incredibly boring. It just doesn’t feel like operating a “real” train for me. The only exception I’d personally make to this is the Karlsruher Kopf n-Wagen cab car
