On the 166 services going to are from Gatwick are getting blocked by a class 377 service to Tonbridge wich arrivals before the 166 and departs after in platform 1 wich should be should be available for both services to be able to to use. The services can still run but after the Tonbridge service has departed. Don't now if pc and xbox have the same problem
It's not that the platform is blocked, it's that the "call on signal", the two white dots under the main signal, are bugged. What should happen is that the 377 in platform is right at the far end, the 166 comes into platform (called on because the platform is already occupied), the 166 then reverses and heads south to Gatwick and the 377 then later leaves in whatever direction it's going Since a patch that call on system seems to be broken on this route, meaning the Redhill services which then head south get stuck at a red light
Yeah, happening here on PS5. Those 166 services used to work no problem but are now mainly broken which is a shame as I enjoy driving them. I'm actually getting blocked coming into Redhill from either Gatwick or Reigate once a 377 is already in platform 2. If you arrive and there is no 377 there then everything works out ok.
This issue is in DTG's internal bug report system since at least May 2022. It also happens when I'm driving a Victoria-Reigate service, eventually several services end up getting blocked in a "traffic jam" with a 166 coming in from Reigate stuck at a red light, the 377 to Tonbridge, the Southeastern Charing Cross-Hastings service and a 313 if one is due through.
