I would like to suggest a tsw2 route from Doncaster to york (which goes through the east coast mainline the whole way) and Doncaster to leeds which is an LNER branch line where most train activity and stations are situated. Route length and duration The whole route is around 60 miles which dtg should be able to do quite easily since their longest route is 58 miles. The Doncaster to leeds section of the route is 28 miles and takes around 30 minutes on an LNER service, the top speed on that line is 100mph. The Doncaster to York section of the route is 32 miles and takes around 20 minutes on an LNER service, top speed on that line is 125mph. Rolling stock LNER class 800 'azuma'-an electro-diesel multiple unit (edmu) which in some scenarios the OLE fails and the diesel mode should be used in order to complete. LNER class 91 with new livery Northern class 158 Northern class 150-don't reuse the rivet game's 150, make some new recordings of it, everything about the wcl 150 is wrong, the sounds, the acceleration etc. Services Class 800-services to Leeds/harrogate calling at wakefield westgate. services to london kings from leeds calling at only wakefield westgate as far as Doncaster. Services to edinburgh/aberdeen as far as york non-stop. Services to london kings cross from edinburgh/aberdeen as far as Doncaster from york non-stop. A few ecs movements from Neville hill depot and Doncaster carr every morning and evening. Class 91-All the same except no ecs movements from doncaster carr (that depot is hitachi based so only class 800s) Class 158-Services to Doncaster from Leeds calling at outwood, wakefield westgate, sandal and agbrigg, fitzwilliam, south elmsall, adwick, bentley and Doncaster. Services to Leeds from Doncaster calling at the same stations. ecs movements to and from neville hill depot in the evening and morning. Class 150-the same as the class 158. Depots Doncaster carr for the class 800. Neville hill for the class 800, class 91, class 158 and class 150.
I would love to see this route as for me it ticks most of the boxes for a perfect route and also who doesn't love the ecml.
I wouldn't mind seeing this for the 158 and the 800, for me and alot of others, I know this would be awsome to finally have these trains in tsw2 or maybe 3 idk
