I hope Train Simulator announces the southeastern surburban routes such as the Cannon Street circular, Hays, Dartford etc.
Maybe they should do a SWT suburban route as well as Southeastern route like London Waterloo to Reading & Alton with both the Houslow Loop & Kingston Loop with the 458's, 450's, 455's & 701's.
A suburban SWT extension (Waterloo/South London lag notwithstanding) would be really nice. There's some fascinating areas around there, especially if we count Windsor. Realistically if I were a decision maker at DTG though, I'd be looking at Danny's Thameslink merge and looking to make it more stable (by getting it off Workshop!), extend it to Rainham, Sevenoaks, Sutton and maybe Horsham (I think Peterborough and Cambridge would be ambitious, although DTG do own KX-Peterborough, but ATS own the run to Cambridge). I'd be looking at how much was already built and just in need of cosmetic enhancements + modern signage and the odd new platform, and thinking hard. Beast of a (set of) route(s), but it'd sell like hot cakes given how well the Thameslink scenarios go down, and the existing 700. It's the biggest UK rail operation, I believe. Credit to Danny to be fair, for making Bedford-Brighton runs possible, as well as Luton-Orpington runs. He's already created an extra 50-100 hours of additional enjoyment of this simulator for a lot of us.
