A lot of nice screenshots this week, here's the finalists: In third place: LimeyFox This shot's really got the feel of someone noticing an interesting engine on the far side of the yard and not having the time (or ability) to get over and shoot it more close up In second place: Blazin Nine lighting, nice engines, nice composition. All it all a good shot. And now for first place: cscarpenter The lighting, the weathering of the bridge and the grime on the engine all match for a lovely shot of the end of steam on the Woodhead Line. Thanks to all who submitted now it's over to you cscarpenter.
Thank you DrTrenchcoat, much appreciated . Also a massive thanks to your good self for running this weeks comp as the default, must admit it is most unusual for Pookeyhead to be so quiet on the forum, just great to keep this thread alive and kicking. Next weeks thread is up and running here, with the theme "Before the Year 2000". https://forums.dovetailgames.com/threads/unofficial-screenshot-contest-2022-week-31.57081/ Good luck to all.
