I am having an issue with the Sherman Hill route and the update it had. I bought the route back in 2014 and at the time it came with the SD70M, ES44AC, SD40-2 and SW10. At some point an update was released to include the SD60M and Big Blow turbines, along with some military cars it seems. I received the cars, but I never got the SD60M or Big Blow Turbine. Is there a way I can fix this?
I got Sherman Hill as part of TS2016. It included the GT-El at the tiem but other items were given away over the following months as part of a scheme called TS Rewards (ther were goodies for the other TS2016 routes as well) but you're right- the TS Rewards items were supposed to be added in updates to the TS2016 routes. I acquired the missing items by the simple expedient of contacting Dovetail Support and asking for them. I suggest you make a list of the routes and assets you already have because they'll ask you for one.
