PlayStation Addon Routes For Disc Version

I have TSW of PS4 on Disc. Am I still able to buy extra routes (eg West Somerset) via the PS Store and have them work with this version? TBH I was expecting to be able to purchase from within the game, like the Xbox upgrade from Founders Edition to TSW full

Yes, you can purchase DLC from the PSN store even if your edition is physical.
