It´s not released yet but the presentation video with Matt, where true ingame images were displayed, showed clear signs of stuttering. That could be solved with G-sync or a fps limit but if tile loading freezes are still here then that would be a real pain for years again. It´s still Unreal 4 anyway, so I wouldn´t expect any magic. We will see... With just one video it´s not really fair to make any valoration. Cheers
Another cause of stuttering is shader compilation, which is worst the first time a route is run. Ideally, that shouldn't be as much of an issue on the consoles, which are uniform hardware, but PC performance will take a hit on the first run of a route.
