Tsw3 Disc Edition Questions

Hello DTG. Here are my questions about TSW3 disc edition as it doesn't seem to be covered in the FAQ or preorder sections (they only go to digital stores):

1. Will I be able to buy the PS5 disc edition from anywhere that isn't Game? Their £5 delivery fee does not agree with me, and at this time I can't find it in any my usual purchasing sites including Amazon

2. Will the deluxe edition including Spirit of Steam be available as a disc edition?

3. I have the disc edition of TSW2. How will I be able to obtain Bakerloo/SPG/The German route I forgot the name of for TSW3?

I did just yesterday. Horizon Forbidden West and Gran Turismo 7. I like having physical copies.

Re #3, I checked my store listings for tsw3, and as I expected Bakerloo/SPG/The German one I still can't remember the name of are not showing up as free to download (whereas previously purchased ones are free eg. LIRR. SPG is £24.99, Bakerloo the same

 

Much as I dislike to tag busy people, is there an answer to #3 from OP yet DTG JD ?
