Not sure if this is just this run or if it happens on all but when I open the left hand side window it shuts the engine down so I have to restart the locomotive from scratch. Please advise/fix ps4
It's supposed to happen. On a tube train opening the windows will cut the engine. Somewhere in the cab you will find a switch to disable the Window Interlock. With this disabled, you can then open the windows.
I just checked. It's called the Droplight interlock and it's the switch nearest to the bottom left corner of the window. You need to set it to cut out.
