Yes. TSW3 IS showing in Game Pass as available for Pre-Install. As stated above the Base Game is a very small install. It is the accompanying DLC's that are large (and probably subject to updates on Release).
You can probably expect that we will download more on release date same happened with f1 manager 2022 and its early access

Installed but don't know when I will have time to delve into it. Too many games coming out and some are really time demanding because they are so enjoyable like F1 manager. Didn't even had time yet to check out Soul Hackers 2. Don't think I will be spending much time with TSW3 the coming weeks.
