DTG JD DTG Protagonist I don't want to sound like a stuck record but, since the announcement of TSW3 I've politely asked in the TSW Discord, in comments section of TSW posts on Facebook and here in the Forums and apart from an acknowledgement here in Forums of my question by Sam telling me it's a known issue, I've not seen a response to the questions which for the umpteenth time I'll ask again: According to the launch video for TSW3 (screenshot below), if you already own SEHS and Spirit of Steam, you will get free upgrades for those lines if you buy a TSW3 pack. That would mean for those like me who already own SEHS and Spirit of Steam that we would only need to buy the American and German routes. There is obviously no single pack which contains just the American and German routes. So, what is the solution? Do I have to fork out for the standard pack and pay for SEHS again? Or does it even mean that I'm going to have to fork out for the deluxe edition so, I can have the Spirit of Steam improvements? I would have pre-ordered weeks ago if there was an American and German pack. Instead I'm holding off ordering until I have had a reply with an answer.
There is a 'German Starter Pack' and 'US Starter Pack' that'll both be avaliable to purchase on release day.
^ What this guy said ^ I believe it's been said countless times before too. In my case I bought the standard edition knowing full well I had the steam and UK routes already, however based on how there have been changes additions to the routes I felt paying for the standard version felt fair... (Also given the fact early access gave me more time to play the game before I had to return to work the week after.) I've not been hyped this much for a game in ages... I can't wait to play it with my dad.

Yes but, if those of us who've brought SEHS and Spirit of Steam brought the American and German packs separately, that would be £59.98 (2x£29.99) Whereas the standard pack is £39.99 So, if there isn't some sort of discount below the standard pack price for those eligible for the SEHS and/or Spirit of Steam updates then it means there's something wrong with the pricing somewhere and DTG should have just said buy the standard pack

Neither of us know what's going on behind the scenes at DTG but, if they aren't doing a pack for just the American and German routes having said owners of SEHS and Spirit of Steam will get free updates if they buy a pack then DTG should just say buy standard pack but, then that means paying SEHS again.
