All downloaded and installed on my Xbox. Not buying it yet for my PC. Will wait and see how it performs and wait for a decent price on a future steam sale
I was hoping for a preload. I have one of the fastest Internet connections available but steam coverts it into talk talk for some reason.
Will make final Judgement call to either Stick to TSW 2 or move on to TSW 3 depending on reviews(Which lets be honest here will probably be Mixed)
I'm glad they are withholding all tsw2 content over the weekend. I'd imagine this is where bad reviews will mainly stem from. Everyone has a right to voice their opinions though.
Have been watching both the SEHS and Cajon routes in the stream. I am not seeing any studder in the running of these trains.
London Commuter was by far my favourite TSW2 route because there is always something going on, lots of services to drive and trains moving. Dresden-Riesa and to a lesser extent Tharandter Rampe offer a similar enjoyment. If the new SEHS can replicate this to some extent, then it will be a big success for me. The ICE1 route sounds promising, to finally have a route where we can use the ICEs to (almost) its full potential. The training centre isnt something important for me, but i might try it once in a while to have a bit of fun. Cajon Pass will be most likely dead on arrival just like Sand Patch Grade was. Freight only routes are a no go for me. But i will judge it when i play it.
Ashford Depot was a nice surprise in the stream last night, being able to get over and under the 395s.
Either they fixed the game stuttering in recent days... Or they found a way to reduce the stuttering for the stream. I guess they were using DX12 on very powerful hardware and have done the runs before so everything is cached for the stream which as we all know improves the prformance but is not officially supported in TSW3 Did they talk about improvements to stuttering or DX12? Real word there probably will be lots of stuttering when using DX11 on PC just like in TSW2
