To put it simply I have the ps4 version of tsw3 and I was very excited for the training centre and how many trains and rolling stock was laying about in the map. However in entering it I've found a huge lack of the trains said to be there such as all the Southeastern trains and others. Is this a bug or just another "limitation" to us ps4 players I'd also noticed each scenario I make on the training centre seems to be stuck in the snowstorm setting and can't seem to change that, I have two with clear weather but any others I make are snowstorms and j can't change that and don't know how to
The weather for custom scenarios isn't set in the scenario planner. They default to whatever the weather was last set at. To use a custom scenario in different weather, start a built-in service with the weather you would like for your custom scenario, exit it, and then play your custom scenario through the scenario planner.
