Is there a way to replace all the roads using the game files, just like tracks? Would really like to know, since I want to replace different roads, for example:
I think he means a bulk road replacement, like you can do with tracks.bin files. There is a roads.bin file, but it's basically useless. What you'll need to do is replace the references to the type of road for each tile file (like what you do for track swapping). A tedious process, but it'll be quicker than relaying all the roads on the route.
I'd use MassSearchAndReplaceTool (google it) to swap out the assets on the unserzed road tiles. (Copy the NetWork\Road Tiles folder to your workspace and use SerzMaster to mass uncompile them, and recompile them again.) Gather all the paths of the original roads and your replacement and feed the SearchAndReplace tool with the data. Might be possible with TSTools too, but I'm a low level guy almost only using a text editor for everything...
