Seh Class 375-9 Cab Audio Occlusion & Window Wind Sound

Could the team take a look (and listen) to the above train in the driving cab.

1. The mix modifiers are setting external sounds as virtually silent with the cab doors and window closed across the board.

The 377 in LBN is louder, and more realistic.


2. There still remains a gap in the cab window open wind which could do with resolving too. (Open cab window whilst moving and the wind sound cuts out every few seconds)

 

I’ve spoke to Matt about this and he has fw info and video I sent over to the sound guy

 

The 375 audio is quite awful having just tried a quick run on SEHS. Really seems to have got nerfed coming over from TSW2. hardly any traction noise, yes it was always quiet in the cab and why we need to run with the windows open but it wasn't this quiet!

 

I also think the AWS ping for the green signals is WAY too loud

 

Hello. Yes, and it's a shame you can't turn it down in the audio settings

 

Is this not because everything else is so quiet that your volume is higher than it would otherwise be? That’s what I’m finding. Hopefully the patch this week will rectify these problems.

Sounds like a plan…In any event I SPADed my run which finished that particular effort. Will try again post patch!
