I seem to be stuck at 140km on the Lonely Road Scenario with LZB only reading 4km ahead which does not change. Is this working as intended or a bug?
Would anyone mind clarifying this - why is the AFB/LZB limited to 140 while the game indicates that track limits are 250/280? Edit: Just noticed that the game overview screen does in fact show a 140 limit for quite awhile so at least that confirms it.
Probably because it's literally only the driving cab and limited due to safety. There's not a lot of weight in one driving car (it's barely 100 tons and only 20m) and if you go too fast, the train will become a spaceship
Because the brakes on the power car aren't awesome. They don't have to be in normal service - the coaches more than make up for it - but if you need to run just a power car on its own for some reason, it can't go full speed.
