   Is it possible to go back into TSW2 to continue my progress and being update when I go back into TSW3? Or once I upload my profile to TSW3 I will only continue progess in the respective game.

   So, as far as I'm aware, the compatibility is from TSW2 to TSW3 (and is a one-time thing).
