Problem With Tsw2 Core Routes: Anyone Else Notice This?

So I was downloading my TSW routes that I can onto my TSW3, and I noticed that Bakerloo, Sand patch and Köln are saying I have to pay for them which is weird considering all my others were free to purchase. Does anyone at Dovetail know why this could be happening? Look forward to potentially getting any solutions

I’m checking it on the PlayStation app because I’m currently not near my console, which did you use to check?

 

Showing as free here too, mate. On console. Currently downloading BKL & SPG, so can’t check those on the app, but Koln-Aachen still shows as free on the app.

 

Free here as well. That was going through the games store to download. Not sure what it said if you went direct into PS store

 

Must just be a problem with the app then, I’ll have to check my console later

twiggy#9635 did you have the disk version of TSW2? If so you may need to log a ticket to get them digitally for TSW3

 

Ahhhhhhh ok, I mean I have the Disc Verion for PS4 but I got the free PS5 upgrade (I’m not sure if that counts as a digital version or not)

 

Strange then. Have you tried getting them from the Playstation store itself rather than the in game TSW store?

 

Day 6, today, 12 and 20. Playstation have not the capaciti to lunch everithing, so we have to wait until day 20. And is all dlc free of curse

 

I haven’t actually checked the in game store yet, when I check my app this is what I’m greeted with

 

Are you logged in correctly to the app? I know, the obvious, but it's always handy to check.

 

I believe so as all my other routes worked well (CCL, WCL IoW 222 etc) it’s just a bit confusing as to why it’s being weird with Bakerloo

 

Looks like you might need to refresh your licences. Don't think you can do that from the app.

 

That’s slightly annoying, I guess I’ll have to check my console when I get back home
