Hi, unsure if I’m being thick. I’ve purchased the SOS starter pack as didn’t have this on TSW2 and downloaded that and the free Southeastern HS. However, neither are appearing in the game menu and when I go into my game library TSW3 is showing as locked, can anyone help?

Hi Jamie, No I can’t see anything in there that would help. It came up installed successfully but shows nowhere on my PS5 other than in the game library, under the your collection section with a padlock on it.
Is it possible that you have the wrong console version of the dlc as I discovered the first time I downloaded TSW3?
I’ve deleted and started again but same results. A couple of pictures below of what I’m seeing. To clarify when the download completed and I got the installed and ready to use message I click on view game and get the can’t find error message
Had the same thing happen... I remedied it by ensuring only the PS5 version of the routes downloaded (cancelling and deleting the PS4 versions in the queue)
Ah I think I’ve realised what I’ve done! there appears to be two options in the store, confusingly enough. TSW3 - SOS & TS3 - SOS Starter pack! Rather annoying that!! They’re the same price too!
Don’t think it will unless I pay another £30 which I can’t really do right now. PS won’t refund it either as I downloaded it. What a time to be alive! Cheers for your replies anyway
It's pretty shocking you were able to purchase DLC for a game you don't own yet! I'm just trying to download the rest of the DLC released today and trying to get the right version is a nightmare. It always downloads PS5 and PS5 and if the route is old enough both TSW2 versions as well. Go help us when the TSW2020 DLC is released (although at least there is only a PS4 version!) Sony so not make it easy!
Yeah you’d think there could be some sort of warning to say you need x in order for this purchase to work.

I'd request a refund if you can? https://www.playstation.com/en-gb/support/store/ps-store-refund-request/ Particularly if you've not played it (or for a significant amount of time), you might be okay. Would hate for you to have spent money on something you hadn't intended to purchase.
