So I own a number of TSW Compatible routes/add-on's that should entitle me to the route in TSW2020 too. However, I am not getting access to these within the TSW 2020 game. Is this an entitlement issue and something that will be addressed as the FAQ's state that if you own a TSW Compatible route or add-on that is available within any previous instalment, you will get access to it within those games.
Are these via disc? or electronically purchased? If it's via disc contact our support and they'll tell you how to get download versions activated in tsw3.
Hey Matt, it's not an issue with the TSW Compatible routes/add-ons in TSW3, it's more the fact that despite I own the TSW compatible add-ons, I have not been granted the license for the DLC in TSW2020, which per the FAQ is how it's supposed to work. If I buy/own the TSW Compatible add-on it should entitle me to the available (if it's available in that game and not a specific route) route/add-on within previous iterations. I'm simply not seeing them available in TSW2020 unfortunately.
