Can any one tell me what the performance is like please. Is there much stuttering or is it smooth. I'm thinking of purchasing tsw3 this weekend i have tws2 at the moment. Is there much difference between tsw2 and tsw3 in the performance.
I have no experience on TSW2 on Playstation as I owned that version of the game on PC, but bought TSW3 on PS5 and it runs 100% better than my PC on low settings (I have a mid tier PC). Defo a good purchase if you're looking at upgrade to TSW3
I’ve been playing KWG scenarios mostly. Done all but the longest freight run scenario. Weather has been dynamic as you’d might expect. I haven’t noticed any considerable stuttering on the route overall. There are some areas, close to the main stations where there is a bit of stuttering, but it’s really not terrible or so bad that it’s annoying. I’m really loving it so far. What it’s like on timetable runs, I cannot answer and being on PS5, I don’t have the BR 101 available etc which might impact overall importance.
I have played all routes that come with TSW3 and can honestly say it is definitely worth the upgrade.
Performance is more or less the same for me on PS5. There are some new and alot of the old graphical glitches however. Even on the training route you see the strains phasing in and out blured from time to time.
